Tracy’s classes are always well thought out taking you safely to your peak pose towards end of class. Every class is different whilst being consistently first class. I have been exposed to many excellent teachers throughout the years whilst living abroad but Tracy is definitely top notch when it comes to sequencing. Not one step is made without purpose and it beautifully all flows. I can only highly recommend any of Tracy’s classes.
