Tracy is amazing

I joined her classes a few months ago as I wanted to try to build some strength and stamina whilst practicing yoga.
Tracy not only is a brilliant teacher, she’s incredibly supportive and encouraging. Sometimes I find her classes physically challenging yet she always sees the positive in what I’ve achieved and always gives me a reason to keep going.
Returning to yoga almost 18 months ago was possibly the best decision I made for my personal wellbeing. Adding Tracy’s classes to my weekly practice means I have a beautifully balanced week of yoga.
I highly recommend Tracy’s classes.
